Create a new movie clip symbol and name it, then drag the graphic symbol from the library to this movie clip. Enter a keyframe at 70 and create a motion tween. Then enter several keyframes between 1 and 70. In each keyframe, either scale down the wing, or scale it up horizontally to make the wing appear to move. When youΓÇÖre scaling down, turn the brightness of the symbol down, so that it lightens. Make sure the first and last frames are the same so the loop is perfect.
